I KNOW!
Took 5 hours all in all. All my own work too. I reckon it is about 600 "bricks" made with a tupperware box...

So did the roof of your igloo, so it seems
Though it is a mighty effort. Never seen snow myself, let alone had any to make a cool igloo with :(

I nearly had to. Mrs B. was a bit annoyed by how long I was spending doing it.
Ah well, it made the snow-people happy.

It just seems like everyone's complaining about nothing from up here.
Having said that I do have to drive four and a half hours tomorrow (plus snow time).

Oh, most of them probably are.
Half an inch of slush on the road and the country grinds to a halt.

The problem isn't the half an inch of slush
it's the third of an inch of ice that the half an inch of slush turns into. I'd rather be under a meter of proper snow than have to negotiate the ice round here. People say "it's like an ice rink" when something is slippy - but the roads round our way literally are.

I want one...
unfortunatel;y by the time I get home from work it's far too cold to go outside even for a fag, let alone 5 hours of hard labour like that.

Some camera crew found the iciest pavement they could find and just sat and waited. Didn't warn anyone, didn't rush to help them up, just sat waiting.

That's brilliant!
I would go and play in the snow but I've decided it's cold and I don't like it.
That said, it HAS given me 3 days off work 'cos the schools are shut!
Madness I say, but I'm not looking no gift horse in that their mouth.
