I want pork pie and jaffa cakes too.

I just ate an "indian style chicken pittabread", which was average.

# Where do you stand on the cake/biscuit debate?
I say they're a cake, because biscuits by definition have to be baked twice and they aren't. I think technically it's a kind of muffin actually.

# They are Pies you fool

otherwise they would be called "Pork Cakes"
(, Wed 13 Jan 2010, 12:42, archived)
# Don't you watch QI?
Apparently the definition is cakes go hard when stale and biscuits go soft, hence Jaffas are cakes and therefore not VATable as they are not a luxury item like chocolate biscuits.

# Psssttt....

# definitely cakes
They have a spongey base and are called Jaffa CAKES :)

# What? Since when do biscuits have to be baked twice?
I think that's just the etymology of the word, not what you do with actual biscuits these days.

# Hmmm, I don't really know.
I don't really know.Send me lots of each so I can attempt to make some kind of decision.
