# my ideal job
would be in either virology or forensic toxicology.

# Virology is pretty cool. I saw a book called something like 'the encyclopedia of viruses' in a library.
It had some great line drawings of various viral capsid shapes, all geometric and stuff.

Forensic toxicology could be good, too I suppose. Mass-spec, peak analysis, that sort of thing.

# i've always been fascinated by poisons and viruses
the deadlier, the better. it sounds odd, but i absolutely love the ebola virus, it's an almost perfect killing machine.

# The only thing that keeps it contained is the lack of transport infrastructure where it lives.
That ought to be a lesson for the rest of us. It's pretty awesome stuff.

I'll tell you what else is fascinating. Virophages, prions, and nanobacteria.

ever since watching i am legend
