There's a website called Chatroulettewhere you sign in with a webcam client and get paired with a random person. The theory is that you chat with new people and enjoy the experience. 4chan in their typical way have been using it for months, shocking people with goatse, lemonparty and worse. It hit the front page of a few of the news sheets this week.
OP thinks it's amusing he had a mannequin posed that way and got paired with a guy with the same pose.
