Edit: This song is called 'Iceberg'. It appears to be about stalking someone and threatening to either murder or rape them, or most likely both. 'I was an orphan and a good'un I've been hopping in and out of trouble ever since they left me in a basket on the freeway, so you'd better not annoy me or I'll do something that I might regret. It's me that's been dogging your shadow' is a particularly dubious little sequence.

Well I was walking down the street sippin' pina colada. I heard a dark voice beside me say, "Would you like something harder?" He said, "I've got it, you want it, my harvest is the best and if you try it you'll like it."

I'm sure there's a bit later in that song where the pusher starts threatening him.
