# Arf!
Who do we vote for?
(, Tue 2 Mar 2010, 10:33, archived)
# I heard a rumour
there's more than two parties at the election.

It might just be lies though
(, Tue 2 Mar 2010, 10:42, archived)
# yeah but
Tories: over-moneyed toffs with a superiority complex

New Labour: over-moneyed toffs with a superiority complex

Liberal Democrats: pack of cunts with no remaining discernible policies other than "stab your party leaders in their backs like the scum they are"

Greens: unwashed hippies with no policies other than "complain about absolutely every energy proposal. don't drill for oil! don't build nuclear stations! don't build that hydro-electric dam, think of the fishies! don't build that windmill, think of the birds! don't build that solar panel, think of the CONSEQUENCES man!"

Socialist Labour or whatever they call themselves now: knee-jerk left-wingers with a grudge

Scottish National Party: knee-jerk right-wingers with a fucking great chip on their shoulder and a towering racism

Scottish Socialist Party: nobodies who once had an entertainingly dubious leader

British National Party: bunch of knuckleheaded racists pretending they're not racist

UKIP: bunch of knuckleheaded racists pretending they're not racist

I'm running out of parties.

# I know very little about the Pirate Party actually
so, in direct contradiction to usual internet policy, I think I'll refrain from commenting for now until I've read up on you a bit...

# Actually the Snp are said to be left leaning, so I heard. Not that can't mean they can be right wing as well.
Looking at Labour after all.

# I've normally heard them described as centrists, in all honesty
Sometimes as left of centre, sometimes as slightly right. Whichever it is, they're not going to be further right than Labour and probably not the Lib Dems. Not sure why I described them as right-wingers. Stupidity is always a distinct possibility.

# towering rascism from the snp?
and arch right wingery? dunno about that to be honest. not into them at all myself but they aren't the scottish equivalent of the bnp you know.
