Radio 1 = kids
Radio 2 = I need to experiment with
Radio 3 = mumbling, pottering and slippers
Radio 4 = hooray!
Radio 5 = Jeremy Kile x Daily Mail FM
Radio 6 = too loud for hungover ears first thing

That phrase was specifically created for that car advert (I worked with a woman who had worked on the campaign) and it means "Progress Through Technology".
Which I think is quite a good phrase.
