Not the most ambitious print I've ever done, but its one of the few prints lately that I've made that I've printed and looked at it for a moment, and said 'woah....' if that makes any sense.

the wood grain looks like sea and sky and the ex-branch looks like a shattering moon type thing :)

Used a wire brush to selectively bring out the wood grain.

Will be back in san fran btw, satday thru wednesday. Going to check out the hemlock bar (or is it club? idk) on monday.

# Hemlock is poisonous so I would view it as a dubous establishment, bar, club, or bordello.
In any case the wire brush is a cool insight. Metal fleck spray paint can also bring out grain, in a dramatic way. I could travel to SF for a meet and drink. PM in flight.
