to fund a film on the misogynistic gaming industry and how women are objectified or some bollocks. Then the sweaty PC gamers got all riled up. NOW IT'S WAR!!!

This is a normal post it's pretty much impossible to trace to the source due to misinformation and changing what its about every couple of days
from what I read, an upset partner proclaimed his ex-girlfriend had slept with a games journalist to get a good review of her game.
That then resulted in much shouting that all women are evil and games sites are corrupt, which led to "feminazis are killing gaming, women must die".
As far as I know there is yet to be proof that the game site ever reviewed the game in question, which hints at the level of misinformation and confused outrage involved.
