Making comedy and hanging around your own
thread doesn't really seem out-of-spirit with the site to me, unlike posting and running or not judging the audience and posting something irrelevant.
Said before, but I think /board should take on all I Made This stuff, and leave links for the chat and criticism.
It can be hard to find places to launch work without a flaming, and that used to be one of the unique things about this site when it was mostly a place for people who make web things to gather.

EDIT: Although having a section just dedicated to "I made this" links might be an idea. But you'll be buggered if you want any new development to happen here anytime soon.
