because she starts off saying no to the questioner but it rapidly becomes her saying no to the lady being questioned saying she'd answer. To be fair to the daft bint being questioned, she has held her hands up to her fuckwittery, but she is the actual leader of the Green Party, she really ought to be able to back up a key policy articulately.

so the problem isn't a lack of knowledge its possibly not being allowed to say before the unveil - so whoever booked the interviews/launch date needs sacking.

it was an official launch, but as you say there is some kind of policy 'unveiling' to come. Why have the launch and not unveil all policies at that point? Given she's the leader, yet seems to be out of the loop with a flagship policy, that's kind of weird. Whatever, it's dead in the water before it was launched, much like the inexplicable universal non means tested Citizens' Income. These people are loonies, just a mirror image of UKIP.
