But venison ones are pretty good

This is a normal post I used to work in a butchers and can confirm most sausages are guff*
*with added testicles, gristle, ligaments, connective tissue, wood pulp, eyelids and lips....

Basically look at a butcher's selection and what you don't see is in the sausages.
Still yummy though.

But I always find they're quite deer.
