I've yet to find a recipe for a twix, a can of super strength lager,
a month old lettuce and an unidentifed item wrapped in foil that could have been beef or possibly cat

1. Mix the beef / cat with 2 -3 sprigs of finely diced fresh rosemary
2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (180 degrees if fan assisted).
3. Soak the month old lettuce in cold water, and keep the gunk for garnishing.
3. In a casserole dish sear the beef / cat on all sides by frying in oil for about 3 - 5 minutes.
4. Add the super strength lager and stir well, coating the beef / cat with it's beery goodness.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and put in the oven for approximately 45 minutes.
6. While it cooks eat the Twix.
7. After 45 minutes, remove from the oven and put back on a high heat, stirring until all the liquid has reduced.
8. Serve.
