This is a normal post I always thought
that the Paella was the pan the dish is cooked in, rather than what goes into it?

This is a normal post Given that different regions of Spain have massively different versions of the dish,
and that they can't even agree amongst themselves what the recipe as actually supposed to be, then this just seems to be a load of Spanish chefs agreeing to forget their differences to have a pop at the British guy.
