There are a shitload of sites out there where the "reject cookies" option is either unclickable or non functional (easily monitored by clearing cookies just before visiting and checking the list again immediately afterwards. If you really care that much).
Or the page requires 20 minutes worth of trawling through an itemised list of vendors on/off switches because they quite deliberately don't include a "reject all" button. Or there's the old "Don't worry, you can opt out of all this again by visiting this third party advertising preferences site."
Other than "just don't go on 95% of the internet", what do you suggest?

Also using ghostery to block all trackers and restrict the site should hold true. Maybe.
