This is a normal post Depends on how efficient the solar panels are on the roof
As you use them to convert all light to just the wave length the specific type of plant uses to grow. So you can fit more in the same space and use robots to tend to them. Which is more people out of jobs (which might be a good or a bad thing depending on what model society goes for)

This is a normal post Would be better use of the roof space to use dyes to shift the spectrum into the region you need and pipe the light about
Commercial solar panels are 10-14% efficient.

TBH, you're better off putting up a wind turbine in our climate.

This is a normal post also once you've bought all the lights/solar
they eventually need to be replaced think its around a few years with the led not sure on the solar panel but still pricey compared with sunlight and soil
