Piss is an Italian snake sound.
And ars is how Kazakhs do a lion’s roar.

As anyone who's read manga can attest,
the Japanese have a lot of onomatopoeias, including some for very specific things and many for things that don't make a sound, such as jii (staring) and shiin (silence).
