He was massively incompetent and fucked the country by "privatising" everything to a couple dozen oligarchs
Therefore ruining Russia's brief window to become a modern democracy.
I was in Moscow when he died and nobody was shedding any tears for him.
But yeah, he also got drunk and embarrassed himself all the time, it did make good tv.
