After pulling off the heist they cheat a Continental crim out of his part of the proceeds
Under pressure of time they rush to the ferry, a sequence follows of them all trying to be cool while their vehicle or vehicles are inspected.
They get waved through (huge relief all round) but something goes wrong, the customs staff spot the bouillion but don't recognise what it is. They demand the required forms and payments for what they think it is. As the forms aren't forthcoming the bouillion is confiscated and they are sent on their way. We see the British crims ruefully look out from the stern of the departing ship.
Meanwhile the customs staff tell a porter to send the confiscated bouillion for disposal, the porter hands over an envelope. He loads up a van, which he then drives away, smiling (he's the Continental crim they cheated earlier).
