Guessing the burp at takeoff that sent stuff flying wasn't intended
Potentially the flaming bit of the engine before touchdown as well. Still worked though.

It's fairly normal for rocket engines to be a little bit on fire.
SN5 was resting on a wooden frame before takeoff, and amazingly most of it survived.
