I gave up on Picard far earlier than I gave up on Discovery. Neither of them felt like Trek, but it surprised me that the one with The Actual Jean-Luc Picard in it was the least interesting.

I couldn't take much of either of them.
I quit Picard halfway through episode 4, I quit STD straight after episode 2.
The reboot movies fucked the franchise anyway. They're okay action movies, and unlike the new TV shows they treat the source material with a modicum of respect, but hard SF they ain't, and since they establish that they can instantly transmit matter from planet to planet across the galaxy, starships and Starfleet are now redundant. Great job, guys.
The Below Decks cartoon is bearable, occasionally fun, but not must-watch television. STD and STP are abominable and everyone involved in making them should be rounded up and immediately killed.
