As someone in a vaguely-related job I hate shoddy artwork that was obviously done on a budget of ten quid
Pay enough to have something done properly, or don't bother doing it at all

As it's a colouring book, the paper background is white, strangely enough.
Other than more appearances of curly hair I'm not quite sure what black "features" the reviewer is looking for.
