The exact percentage is meaningless, the source of the exact percentage is equally meaningless. using the internet to moan about CO2 burden is hypocritical because it adds.to excess CO2 in the atmosphere. but your conversational tone is so confrontational that I feel no urge to provide you with anything you could look up yourself. I note you found something from the BBC to back up my claims.
