Given the eyeliner must be a choice it begs the question. How bad does JDFS Vance look without it?
Do his eyes just disappear into his cheeks, or do they look weirdly small in photos/video for some reason?

Having looked through photos on Getty it definitely isn't the case by default, especially those in Nevada where there's plenty of light.
Maybe just due to a makeup artist, maybe just the effect of overhead lighting.
OR a throwback to his ancient roots as a Pharaoh's lackey.
