definitely going to be a bump in US stocks. the markets like low tax and regulation
longer term I'm not so sure. Good if you're in fossil fuel stocks, sure, and I reckon elmo is going to be rewarded for his boostering with some fat contracts for space x. But if you're in some tracker fund, I'd be inclined to sell in the short term, cash in on the sentiment, and shift to a more conservative mix. I've got a feeling he'll lurch from crisis to crisis, some of his own making.
