Meh. I got banned from Imgur ages ago for something or other. Can't say I've missed it.
I use ImgBB or my local NAS for all my image hosting now.

I don’t really want to run a web server just to share an imagine every few months.
ImgBB still seems to work for now.

It's the collateral damage that'll hurt. You may not host stuff there, but a lot of other sites do and now you can't see it.
Unless you get a VPN or something.
Until the government bans those.
