I find the lack of communication from this government frustrating, you can see Starmer doing some old fashioned Yes Minister gamesmanship which impresses a wonk like me, but he seems to be doing nothing to control the narrative to the masses. He seems detached from the whole propaganda side of politics, which is kind of admirable but also deeply exploitable. Starmer needs a good spin doctor.
The way Starmer's blaming The Blob for this scandal could either be pre-empting or seeding a future Farage premiership destroying the civil service. Interesting times, damn it.
