The car looks a bit small, and I'm pretty sure the other drivers would have reacted a bit had that really happened.

looks real to me
it's difficult to tell from a crappy video like that but there's no obvious compositing artefacts like matte edges and the lighting on the car going through matches pretty well.
Also the truck he passes in front of brakes hard at about the time you'd expect
