This is a normal post True enough
But it was fun to see him sweating in the press conference afterwards, apologising.

Even if he was correct, I think he’s left it rather late in the day to start telling the truth and talking openly!

This is a normal post It'd restore a lot of my faith in politics
if, just sometimes, MPs would have the balls to say to voters that they're simply wrong on something - and if that upsets them, tough.

This is a normal post This
I'd rather a leader has the balls to say that a woman is bigoted rather than just think it.

This is a normal post to her face yes
But he didn't, he said it 'in private' whilst in a huff.
Worst of all he retracted the statement when asked if that's what he really thought.

This is a normal post But why should the fact that he didn't say it to her face make a difference?
He was talking about his conversation with her to a third party. He recounted it in slightly colourful tones. So what?

This is a normal post I think a sense of perspective is called for here.
The media (Edit: Sorry, Skypert Murdoch & Sun) is foaming at the mouth making it out to be some horrific incident. It's hardly on the scale of punching her in the face like Precsott did to a voter during an election.

This is a normal post I'd guess that he didn't say it to her face because it would have been rude.
He said it off the record, to a colleague. You know, like how normal people do.
