do you mean on www.b3ta.com/board?
if so, just put image tags around the url thusly - [img]www.mypic.com/pic.jpg[/img] but change the brackets to these type
edit - arse can't put the correct brackets in, replace [ and ] with the pointy sideways looking V type brackets, hope that makes sense!

They get interpreted as html tags in the message body if you're trying to display them
Type > for > or < for < instead
