
I was in the category of people who were bewildered by wondering what it was for and never worked it out so didn't bother using it.

I tried to introduce it at work as we're all remote workers and it was really much neater than a whole string of emails, and much more 'open' than a lot of other collab tools.
I thought we would use it in the same way we might use a whiteboard to sketch ideas and to-do lists and keep track of them.
It's a bit like a chat room, and a bit like a whiteboard, but with a 'history' so you can see what changed, and when, and who changed it.
