I completely agree he's a being a knob
...and McIntyre does an excellent job of making this obvious.
What makes me uncomfortable is the burning torch mob type MUST RESIGN type stuff, flood of complaints, twitter army and all that stuff.
Let the guy have his bad day, let him look like a dick. He'll be told. He's not quite a Burley yet - he has quite a history of decent work. Someone probably pissed on his chips at the demo and he's in a strop.

He comes across as a twat in that interview but
Ben Brown did do some really good war reporting for 20 years. He was a lot better when he was more worried about being shot than keeping his job by sucking up to management. A great shame he's ben reduced to this.
