Ah, but the video isn't posted by Ch 4
so it seems rather that they don't want people undercutting them where they do have a market share, namely the UK.
I'm in Forrins and I can see it just fine, presumably because either they felt, or youtube or some learned fellow of the law felt that there's no reason why it ought to be restricted for viewing in the Forrins.
