Edit: Shagging that would be like having a bacon sandwich with 20 rashers of bacon in and only 1 slice of bread folded in half. Metaphorically speaking.

My perfect bacon sarnage
contains just 2 rashers, and an olive oil fried slice inbetween the bread with the bacon. Possibly a fried egg in there too :P

Agree with you re. the fried egg though. And sausage as well. Make it a full on breakfast sandwich. I stop at mushrooms though as they make it a difficult sandwich to handle.
