women have been running the home since the sixtys... and as a direct result most kids are fat thick and think they can do what they want and get away with it.... Think about that !!!

It's a job I've been after for many years...but sadly for now it's only a couple of hours a week and might run out at Easter....But looks good on the CV and could develop into more similar stuff.

I actually have that kind of approach to things, I do the whole Continuum Concept thing. I have 3 boys, don't have stair gates or safety equipment.
I first came across this idea in this book.
Alfie Kohn is worth a read too.
