I think these started before the UK ones.
but the report I saw mentioned a curfew for all people under a certain age.
Not a bad idea IMO.

I think you're right
Certainly the under 16s and maybe even under 18s in problem areas. Mind you I live right out in the sticks so none of the kids around here hang around outside - there are so few of them anyway.
