And turn the jiggling points into a nice fluid effect (not trivial, but doable), it could look awesome.

This is a normal post What I really want is for it to look like hairy flesh, fat and distended.
Possible? Pimples, pustules, pupae, and purple all a plus. Puke prohibited, purely pristine, perfect.
