This is a normal post well, I for one support their action
think of the lost revenue that you would have syphoned from them, from poor people thinking they were purchasing actual Pingu.

(isn't parody exempt from copyright laws?)

This is a normal post it was probably seen as damaging to the copyrighted brand
pretty sure the look of pingu is trademarked up to the eyeballs so it can be sold on so much.

but apparently you can get away with it in the US, just UK laws are more grey. And damaging the brand is what it's all about, lesson learned.
