After getting into trouble with Pingu, I had take down the original video and then remake it again with a different animal, the cat. well, I for one support their action
think of the lost revenue that you would have syphoned from them, from poor people thinking they were purchasing actual Pingu.

it was probably seen as damaging to the copyrighted brand
pretty sure the look of pingu is trademarked up to the eyeballs so it can be sold on so much.
