This is a normal post I suppose it might have use for someone running a watch shop?
Winding up 100s of watches might be a bit of a bore

This is a normal post It is more for the very rich
who have a large watch collection.

This is a normal post True product, bloody expensive version though.
One of my design jobs is watches.

Each pocket rotates.

An automatic movement with a counterweight winder will run itself flat in a few days of non motion.

If you have a collection of these then you store them in a cabinate like this one so as to keep them wound.

There is a practical reason for not letting a mechanical run down too.
You can't set some within a few hours of midnight because the extra tension caused by the date wheel turning is enough to break the workings.

Moon phase dials need to be set at certain times of the year to be accurate.

This is a normal post fair points....
thank you Amadeus and Rob as it now makes sense as to why you would want it to hold more than one watch. Still a bit steep though!

This is a normal post Steep? It's effing vertical!
A single watch winder can be got for around 20 quid.
4 watches under a hundred in a nice finish.

6 seems to be a lot more expensive for some reason though.
