I was thinking something a little more serious and secure
where they could put forward their constituents requests/vote in important debates etc without the Bullingdon club shouting.
Make them sit in their office in their "home town" and get some work done for a change instead of this ridiculous pomp and ceremony.

it would be nice if they could spend more time with their constituents, they have about 100,000 of them on average and then spend half the time swanning around in London.
