I should add this since you'll be looking at the embedded vid:
"We brewed this in April 2012 using dried elderflowers - our first attempt. Tonight, 20th July 2012, we sampled the first bottle from our first batch, this is the result!"

Would be good to see more people making homebrew booze - tastes fab if you get it right, gets you well and truly pissed and the hangover is minimal.
