RITS student Sofie Peeters has made a documentary entitled "Femme de la rue" about sexism in the streets of Brussels. The documentary shows how, whenever she came out of her house, she was solicited for sex and sexually harassed on a smothering level, mainly by Muslim immigrants. We show you a preview of her documentary "Femme de la rue".

My Mrs did a very similar short in 2004 in Paris.
Back then (it may have changed now) the entire city was flooded with African "muslims" who simply had never seen a blonde before. It was mental. She used to get chased down the street.I'll see if I can dig out the editied stuff.

Not a lot has changed
Its generally north African Muslims that cause the trouble, and it's the south of France where it's particularly bad, gang muggings, gang groppings of young woman and the weapon of choice is chloroform sprayed into the face of whoever looks pretty or rich.

The tags of the one you linked to suggest that it has been posted by an American who is making a lot of assumptions with the muslim stuff.
edit: Just noticed the director says "Is it a form of racism; do they feel like all white, western women are whores?" - so is suggesting she thinks there is a race element after all.

saying "Hi! Thanks for your comment! You can not just ascribe it to 'Islam' though: I have muslim friends who don't treath women like this, so there must be more to it... Hopefully I can tell you more in a few weeks"
It will be interesting to see what happens.
What an awful way to have to live, I would find that kind of situation incredibly difficult to deal with all day every day.

Are your Muslim friends UK born/UK influenced ?
I would imagine Its encouraged to give women a hard time who don't cover up in their native land(more extreme Muslim countries). The problem occurs when they transport that mind set to western culture and sensibilities.
Trying not to come across as a bit BMP/UKIP.

That said, I can't see how a UK influence is going to change someone's attitude to women. Go out on a Friday night, those packs of men are hardly talking about feminist issues.
