This is a normal post I never said he'd done a bad job as mayor
I don't live in London and try to stay away from the place, so I know nothing about his mayorship. Just saying from his TV appearances, he seems like a bit of a loveable buffoon, so he's a good person to pretend to put in charge.

This is a normal post that's how many london voters see him too
and it's quite a studied persona that neatly sidesteps any closer scrutiny as he hides behind a veneer of victorian affability. he remains at heart a swingeing old school tory of dubious character who is more concerned with furthering his own ends and those of the tory party than those of london's citizens.

This is a normal post I'd still rather have him in charge
than that sniveling cockweasle Ken.

This is a normal post Aye, but like Boris
he generally saved his most bigoted material for when he was off-camera.

This is a normal post Haha
Yes, true, true.

My points were really more about power not being vested in the person who appears to be in charge, so a loveable buffoon / attention seeking cock / slappable etonian is your best bet to distract from their lack of power.
