This is a normal post I was surprised by the crying game.
Did not expect that guy to get run over at the start.

It's just an american style trailer where they pick out every little "hook" to get people interested.
Showing the daleks is one thing, but then showing them all deaded is another.
American trailers seem to worry that people won't watch unless everything is spoon fed before the show.

This is a normal post Doctor Who is a kid's programme: You watch for the fancy effects, scary monsters & RUNNING.
Some scripts have been ace, but it's got to be considered an added bonus.

This is a normal post Fancy effects? Why maybe for you Johnny come latelys but I was watching when a fancy effect was bubble wrap and paint.

If it weren't for Doctor who, kids these days wouldn't have their fancy electronic music with the woos and the wahs and the thing that goes kzzzt!

This is a normal post We don't know the context in which they're deaded, of course.
That might only be a midpoint of the story. "All the Daleks" might, in context, mean "All the Daleks in this room".
