I enjoyed its more subtle applications
like being able to shout the dragon shouts in Skyrim for example

I was rather annoyed at the voice control in Mass Effect 3
Because I played it on PC, I couldn't use it. Even though I had a perfectly good microphone, the voice control software is Kinect exclusive.
