Libertarians are very weird.
I've spent the morning battling them and their defences of Galloway. Sooner or later, they all seem to fall back on the idea that having a moral and legal obligation not to have sex without consent is only a small step away from having to sign a written disclaimer before sex, and having to have that approved by the State.
Libertarians are a strange bunch.
