but I just dont see how (in my opinion, of course) he's all that talented. The lyrics have 0 merit, the beats are DIRGE and the whole scene based around it thoroughly deserves a good slapping. All he does is drone on about mindless self-important drivel.
Rahzel, yes. The Beastie Boys, yes. De La Soul, yes. DJ Format, yes. These guys? I just dont see where the actual talent lies...

His talent is in the timing mainly, in my opinon.
There's some pretty sophisticated synchopation in there.
