I assume it gets a massive amount of traffic
and has a weird amount of distribution and redundancy - and probably insane stuff like oil rig server farms or anything which is considered international waters and so on.
But you are probably correct. It is probably all money towards defending wozizname, and dealing with lawerly crap...
I used to date a lawyer, and they change after they do the soul transfer.
