If email didn't exist would you go through his post to find this shit? would anyone even care? would you get arrested for going through the post? I have no doubt the guy is an absolute cunt, but standards are slipping here, isn't this the kind of thing that Leveson was supposed to sort out? If you hacked my e-mail, admittedly you might not find much, but if you found out say that i sent Tabs a porn mag or something, then "high" on your little discovery went on to publish that correspondance, even though it has fuck all to do with "real world problems" that just makes you a cunt.
Edit: Oh there is "Gary Glitter Glamour shots" involved, well send it to the police. It isn't really in the public interest. Publishing all this stuff online is still being a cunt.

I guess there is an element of a "taste of your own medicine" thing to it
but really, if you are any better than them, you don't go down that route.
Though I must say, legally, you probably need to disclose these things as anonymously (as possible) and then report it to the police, because presumably, giving the police his password would be illegal in and of itself.
And that scarily sounds like a defence for that kind of behaviour.
It seems like wall to wall shites though.
